Darrel's passion for horses led him back out of the office and into Rosebrook Farm in the summer of 2008. Darrel's family participated in Rodeo, so he had the opportunity to start working with horses quite early in life SInce that time, Darrel has worked with racehorses as groom and exercise boy, as a groom at Lazma Arabians, Ltd, in Scottsdale Arizona. He has shown Arabians as well. Upon arrival in Ocala, he got a job as groom at one of the hunter jumper stables there. Darrel arrived on the North Shore of Boston, where he got involved in both dressage and combined training barns. Prior to working at Rosebrook, Darrel was head groom for Roel Theunissen at Wadsworth Farm, and also worked at Rowley Harness shop.

More recently, Greg was full time barn manager for Wadsworth Farm in Danvers.
Kristen Cavic, Rosebrook Apprentice
Kristen Cavic recently came to Rosebrook as a boarder and student, but has decided to take things a step further, and spend time apprenticing at the farm to learn more about horses and training. Kristen is a caring and compassionate young equestrienne, that all the horses take very naturally to. Her current mount, Nazar, is a dutch warmblood owned by Rosebrook boarder Michele Doucette. We look forward to seeing great things from this pair in their training level debut this summer!
