The Rosebrook Facility features:

• 80X200 mirrored indoor Cover-All arena, which allows for beautiful passive solar lighting year round.  This wonderful ring helps our horses and riders from having the winter doldrums!
• Composite rubber footing professionally groomed daily.
• 100 x 200 outdoor Perma-Flex arena.
• Round Pen.
• Heated observation, tack, and bathroom areas, with a new boarders lounge area overlooking the arena to be completed soon!
• Heated laundry room.
• Individual tack lockers with additional storage upstairs.
• 12 and 14  foot wide aisles with high ceilings.
• 12x12 bright airy stalls each one with it's own window that will be open and closed depending the weather with ceiling fans over head to allow for additional ventilation for the whole barn.
• New for the Spring of 2011!!! 20 paddocks constructed of sturdy and safe Centaur Fencing of varying sizes to meet the turn out needs of all types of horses.
• Fully matted stall floors with special matting that allows for drainage, that won't buckle or bulge under your horses feet.
• 2 Grooming stalls.
• 2 Year round hot and cold water wash stalls.
• Grand Prix trainer/competitor on premises year round.
• Regular clinics with truly international caliber trainers.
• Open air hay and shavings storage, kept clean and swept frequently to help keep our feed and bedding free of unnecessary dust and mold making these products healthier for your horse.
• The aisles are vacuumed twice daily.
