The Roesbrook facility is designed to be a healthy, relaxing, and pleasant atmosphere for you and your horse.  The farm is new, built in 2005, and boasts all the necessary creature comforts. The Rosebrook Facility features:

• 80X200 mirrored indoor Cover-All arena, which allows for beautiful passive solar lighting year round.  This wonderful ring helps our horses and riders from having the winter doldrums!
• Composite rubber footing professionally groomed daily.
• Newly Redone!   Olympic size outdoor Perma-Flex arena.
• Round Pen.
• Heated observation, tack, and bathroom areas, with a new boarders lounge area overlooking the arena to be completed soon!
• Heated laundry room.
• Individual tack lockers with additional storage upstairs.
• 12 and 14  foot wide aisles with high ceilings.
• 12x12 bright airy stalls, with ceiling fans over head to allow for additional ventilation.
• 16 paddocks of varying sizes to meet the turn out needs of all types of horses, with more paddocks being currently under construction.
• Fully matted stall floors with special matting that allows for drainage.
• 2 Grooming stalls.
• 2 Year round hot and cold water wash stalls.
• Grand Prix trainer/competitor on premises year round.
• Regular clinics with international caliber trainers.
• Open air hay and shavings storage, kept clean and swept frequently to help keep our feed and bedding free of unnecessary dust and mold.
• The aisles are vacuumed twice daily.
• Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere.

Rosebrook Farm hires experienced adult professionals who honestly care about the health and well being of your animal.  We respect each of our boarders individual requests for how their horse is attended and our full time staff is devoted to your horse's health and well being.  While we maintain a competitive board rate, we are dedicated to doing everything your horse requires for his comfort and happiness, including giving him supplements, or turnout boots and blankets.  While we take the best possible care of your horse while you aren't here, it's your horse, and we'll take care of it your way!

• Top quality feeds with supplements fed daily.
• Top quality hay, fed in generous amounts four times throughout the day and even at night check.
• Daily half day turnout, individually or with a buddy.  (While most of our horses are very happy spending half the day in our comfortable airy barn as they can see what's going on all the way around them, all day turnout is available on a first come-first served basis pending availability at a slight additional charge.)
• Medications and supplements that you provide dispensed in the feed.
• Daily observation by attentive staff of your horse's behavior to help ensure wellness and happiness.
• A consistent and reliable feed schedule, taking into account the needs of each horse to help ensure well being as best we can.
• Blanket changes per your request, or as the weather dictates
• Fly predators have been used regularly since 2006, helping keep our bug population at bay without exposing your horse to unnecessary pesticides.
• Turnout boots, bell boots, fly masks and sheets for turnout per your request.
• Regular worming schedule.
• Routine shots and dental appointments are scheduled with our veterinarian which you are welcome to participate in, you are also welcome to work with your own vet at your convenience!  (Certain shots and vaccinations are required to board at Rosebrook to ensure the health and protection of all our boarders and animals.)
• Pick up for blanket cleaning and repairs regularly arranged.
• Stalls done twice daily, and bedded with ample quality kiln-dried pine shavings.
• Water buckets scrubbed daily.
• Weekly mashes.
• Full time friendly  barn manager and staff who truly enjoy what they do.
• Trainer or farm manager on-site 24 hours. 

While we realize many of our experienced boarders prefer to care for their own horse, we do have more services available at an extra charge for those who need some extra help.  Our staff is experienced and well qualified to bandage your horse, groom them, tack up, handwalk, medicate, or anything else you may require during those times you just can't make it.  We also offer all day individual turnout at a slight additional charge.  If you think you need it to help you better enjoy your horse, just ask!
